Welcome Back Gals!!

Here we are ringing in the new year together again.... we will revisit the skills that we acquired last year as we cracked the fat loss code... only this time we know what to do, its just a matter of getting on it!

So lets blog each other to support our upcoming 8 weeks to drop bodyfat and redefine who we are...

I am looking forward to sharing your experiences as I share mine...

Hello my cracker sis. Well I Start lsat monday so I'm in my day 5 wow big thing. I been able to keep good but today I got a spoon of mash potatoes from my kiddos dinner but I didn't feel that bad. I love my wipcream with protein power is my life saver for dessert this week a least a little bit. My adora still I'm want loose a least 5 Lb by the 23 Jan. I'm working out and I star runnig again I have the Cherry Blossom 10M in april so is something is keep me going in my trainnig.

Viv, sounds like you are going along good! A spoonful of mashed potatoes... mine was a bite of Jessica's toasted cheese sandwich. I absolutely hate when I give in... so next week I will go thru carb deplete again.
Today was so hard... I lifted for 45 mins doing upper body work and then I tackled 40 mins on the stairclimber on level 14 which is usually not a big deal for me.... but today I HIT THE WALL! Carbs no more... so "cheating" did me little good this morning but just the same... I must have a stronger discipline. By the end of next week, I will be ready to cycle in the carbs. I am down 2.5 pounds since Monday and my goal is 10 by February 12th...

Well I'm sure you'll make that 10Lb less you are so dedicate and strong you'll do awesome like always.
You are righ "cheating" in not an option for me is two days to go and I feel tired with out energy but just I have to do it. When I star I was 177.4 HORRIBLE but let see what happend Monday when I'm going to scale again. Keep up tracey you'll do it great.
