KOPIK Breakfast at Donna W's House

Hey KOPIK Members and LadyLifters Alike,
We had a great breakfast get-together at Donna's this morning. We discussed our upcoming focus for 2009... it will be a 6 session in-depth discussion of "Crack the Fat Loss Code" by Wendy Chant. We will be pre-reading and then reviewing 2 chapters with each meeting. Our first meeting date will be determined by our fearless leader Kattie and will be sometime in January.
