I am BACK...

I am so sorry to have left you in a lurch... emergency leave back to the States had me running crazy last week. We celebrated Dave's Dad with a lovely memorial service and plenty of family time... it was a time to heal. Now that I have returned to Korea, I want to reconnect with all of my Crackdown 20-10 gals...

I have been staying true to the carb deplete week and now I am into the first week of cycling with a bit of change coming on.

Let me know if you are noticing a difference as we are almost thru our second full week. Tell me how it is going... and if you have any questions, lets hear them...

Lets stay together from here on out and our immediate challenge is coming up... WEEK NUMBER 3:-)

Hey Gals.... are you out there getting it done nutritionally and physically?

I am cruising on Day 16... feels good to be monitoring the carb intake and feeling better about me.
Workouts are getting harder... cardio is not too bad but lifting is painful. I get 20-30 mins in the weightroom and then the pain remains for the rest of the day...
I cannot wait to have this shoulder repaired on Feb 12th.

I would love to hear how you all are doing...
