KOPIK Cooks with Tim

The Ladies of KOPIK were treated to a wonderful demonstration of low carb cooking by our very own DHL Chef Tim. Tim prepared Emart purchased fresh salmon and cod (taegu in hangul) along with bringing a roasted chicken from Emart. Everything was fabulous, flavorful and all low carb, high protein.
Tim showed us his "Other Tim" photo album...where he was 3 times the person he is today. His new lifestyle has him healthier and happier. Thanks for showing us some new dishes and for spending the time with us Tim!

Always,
TT

Hello everyone. I know it has been a long time since I have blogged. I was getting my house ready for a Master's week rental and decided to paint 2 bathrooms in the process - not such a brilliant idea now that I look back at it. Anyway, I did the 4 'C' days to restart and then kind of fell off the schedule but kept duly eating my protein. I have not gone to the gym alot as I was working on the house but I have now lost a total of 8 lbs and so only have 3 to go. I got tired of my pants hanging off me so I started wearing a size smaller that were in my closet. The kicker was that yesterday in complete exhaustion from cleaning I packed my suitcase for my week down in Hilton Head. I started grabbing shorts and capri pants that I have not worn in a few years or that were tight and every single one fits!!! I can't believe it. My suitcase is way over bulging because I kept throwing them in because they fit. This is great. My only concern is that I am dropping fat without toning up because I have not gone to the gym much, but this week I can now get back into the gym. So, fellow crackers - this works. I am totally psyched and do not want to back track. I have 3 more lbs and some more firming up to go, but this is great. Vivi - you look awesome and Donna - Desiree told me you looked fantastic. Tracy - I will send a picture at some point.

I'm so happy to know from you. Is not that great feeling about your old, but very old cloth is fit on you and loose? Congratulation you are going to finish those 3 Lb for sure. Keep cracking girl.
Now for me unfortunally after my 1/2 marathon I'm not been very good with my food, we are out Seoul but when I came back we start from 0 again.
Hug to all.

Hello!
It has been WAY too long since I blogged on here..days seem to speed by lately! Lauire, super congrats to you on not only your loss, BUT the fact that your old clothes fit! How wonderful IS this program? Pretty wonderful I say! My good news is that I had bloodwork done a month ago, and the doc told me yesterday my numbers are GREAT! So, I AM doing the RIGHT thing for my body, to include keeping my blood sugar at an even keel all the time while I am going thru the "change"....
So, I am semi keeping to the plan(no gain but wt the same) but going to restart on monday. I am working out more and feeling stronger each time I do.
More later cracker friends!!!!
