Into Week 9 we are going 4 days low carb and then right into Week 2's Plan on the LadyLifter Recoded Chart.
Call for Figures: What we need to do is have a sound off of how many pounds were lost over the first 8 weeks of the program. I need your numbers whether you lost, stayed the same or added to your frame. My goal is to tally up and totally blow you all away with the stats!
So if you want to blog it to me... that would be great or if you would rather keep it discrete then shoot me a private email at Tracey@LadyLifterFitness.com Either way is fine, I just need to hear from you. Please check in so we can know the impact that our overall effort has produced. I assure you that I will not disclose anyone's personal achievements~ only the total poundage... My grand total is 12 lb and am also starting the low carb 4 day today. Not going to let this "plane" thing derail me either...got my pp (protein powder) all ready to go!!!!

Checking in..15 pounds lost to date. I wish recorded my inches before I started :(. I had hit a plateau for almost 3 weeks. Huge cravings..carb cravings. Switched up how I was doing the elliptical..ramped up the level and trying to up the time. WIll try to go back to running a bit next week if my back is feeling better.
Well I in my case I lost 17Lb and I hope keep losing in this cycle. My personal goal is lost 15 more and I'll be in haven. But I feel very proud about, but the more important thing is how much I change teh way how I eat. My habit to eat completly change I will star tomorrow my 4 days low carb but I have a question for Tracey What can I do for my pasta Sunday before my long run Monday? I just I now I can follow the plan but is the run my main focus this next 4 week. Can be very mess up the program for my pasta Sunday?

OK. I am not even close to you guys in weight loss. Way to go - that is so good. I lost 5 lbs - basically I lost 6.5 and then gained some back as I kicked up my weight lifting routine. I have definitely dropped a clothing size and at 4 weeks had dropped 1.5% bodyfat. I will have it checked again in a few weeks. I hope to lose 5 more. I am adding milk and fruit to my eating plan every day because I really want them and feel they are important for me - so I don't know if I will drop another 5 or not - but I am going to hang in there and keep trying. Wish I could see you guys in person - I know the change is significant.

YEsterday was a terrible day, for me was a AG day horrible, horible. But I really enjoyed today I hope I can start my reprogram process again let see How is go. I wish could I meosure my body fat and look how is getting smaller my % of fat or at least I hope is that way. Probably I'm start hit the gym more often after April 5 for sure I really want to put more lift is my rutine.

Hello my cracker friends!
I am alive and well and back in DC glwoing from my visit with grandbaby...oh MY! I am so totally smitten with her it isn't funny. Visit was quick but I am blessed in even having seen her for a few days so I am happy.
Meanwhile, I am doing great on the eating and working out and wanted to tell you about a book I just bought. It is called living the low carb life , controlled carb eating for long term weight loss by Jonny Bowden, MA.
I have not read it yet, BUT it talks about

taking the best of low carb diests and cutomizing it for you
history and origin of low carb diets,why they work,17 low carb diets and what they do for you,supplements,5 biggest myths,faqs,50 tricks of the trade,and resources.
I won't get a chance to read this till I get on the plane, but it sure does sound interesting!!!!
