Day 3 of carb deplete week. Today was hard, but I managed to get through it. Only 4 more days. Already notice a change in the way my body feels. Thanks Tracey for all that you do.

Ladies,
What good stuff I am hearing and seeing... lots of strength being displayed in the strict nutritional choices you are making. Carb Deplete Week tests your physical, metabolic and mental toughness. Remember... you body and the way it processes nutrients is not liking what you are forcing it to do. By using up all of the glycogen (your quick and easy energy source) and making your body take an energy pathway that is not preferred... you are training your body to use a fat burning pathway to supply the energy it needs. Be committed and stay with your protein and veg! Thursday is nearly done and if you have started to feel fuzzy and a bit less than sharp... that is all normal!

Be one with the clock and get your 6 small meals a day:-)
Tonight's session was great! You all are so quick in learning your way around the Nautilus Room... I just want to keep on going. More to come next Tuesday evening. In the meantime, do your best to get back to Collier to lift and Have a Great Weekend!!
Always,
TT

Nikki,
It is such an joy to see you and your W3 Teammates really embrace and learn what physically and chemically affects your bodies. It is not easy to remain determined but I know we all have the inner strength to do this and believe it or not, it does get easier as we get further into our PMM cycle. Stay the course and do not waver... and above all smile! Only 3 more days of protein and broccoli!
;-)TT

It's amazing what eating healthier and learning to take better care of yourself can do for your self-esteem. Carb deplete week is hard, but I'm standing a little taller and seeing results! Oh, and you had to write the word "Oreo"!!! now I want a bag! :))
