W3 Nautilus Nitro Plus Training Sessions...



Beth, Becky, Kathy, Nikki and Therisa,
You are beyond the half way point in your Women and Weights Training and kudos to you for being so willing to learn a new form of fitness. I cannot believe how quickly we are training and the amount of information you are absorbing. From proper posture and seat placement to correct breathing and personal exertion levels... it is all just so fantastic! Take a moment to congratulate yourself on your accomplishments so far.

This evening was beyond a success given the fact that we were in a carb depleted state and we all walked away with not a scratch or gushing wound in the group:-) And yes, Beth all 7 of us were in attendance:-)

Please stay connected thru the weekend and on Monday when we begin Week 2 of our PMM week. Make great nutritional choices and do your best to get to Collier and reinforce all that you have learned from Cindy and me.

Ladies,
What a tremendous final session we had. I hope you learned some helpful strategies to help you continue on your nutritional plan over the coming weeks until it becomes second nature to you.
I truly enjoyed the time with you... you are an inspired and driven group of gals and I love the fact that you are meeting at lunch hour to workout. Be sure to do your best at getting in your workout while the kids are home from school over the summer months. Be inventive and consider that the way you workout may have to change while they are home on vacation.

I will send out your workout sheets via email and if you need anything at all .... you know where to find me!

Be proud of yourselves and your accomplishments in learning a new way of living... you are my first Yongsan W3 Class and thank you for sharing the time with me.
