Proud to be a Ladylifter

Tracey, You make me so proud to be a Ladylifter!!! I carry my clipboard proudly. I love seeing how proud your family is of you. I can't wait for the pictures of the show...I'm sure they'll be fabulous. Because I'm in the states for a month or so, I went to the gym with our son...really bad experience with one of those trainers who make it very difficult for novices to be comfortable in a gym. If not for my experience with Ladylifters I'd never attempt the "gym scene" again. So when the general manager of the facility asked me how I enjoyed my first workout in his gym, I shared my experience with you versus my experience with "Charles, the 'see how strong I am and how weak you are' trainer." I told him I would only be comfortable recommending his gym to my friends if I could assure them of a more positive, encouraging experience. He seemed to appreciate the input.

Fortunately, Alan had a great experience with his personal trainer and is looking forward to beginning a great journey to better health with him on Tuesday. (BTW, I shared this positive information with the manager also.)

Thank you for making the gym a comfortable place for ladies. Thank you for training and inspiring so many to a higher level of wellness. Thank you for the confidence to return to the gym even after "Charles."

See you in Seoul...at the gym,
Sue

Sue,
You make me so full of pride to know that your LadyLifter experience has served you to always seek a quality of training that meets or exceeds your expectations... and when you don't receive it then you bring it to people's attention.
I am so pleased that Alan is enjoying his trainer and that he will use the time to gain further wellness.

I spoke with Al at the Commissary last week and he told me of your trip to the US and I must let you know that I love your dedication to your children... it is only a small testiment to how wonderful you are as a Mom, wife and friend! I hope your journey back to Korea is a safe one and who knows... we may actually be on the same flight back:-)

Lady Lifters Rock Sue and thanks for using the blog. I am so enjoying this connection with my friends...

Love to You,
Trace

When you train and listen and converse with your body, "I CAN DO THIS" somehow the voices on the outside dont seem so loud. After years of living in a suit and heels, after training with Tracey my body has once again found her voice and this time, I AM LISTENING. We can do amazing things when we put our heart and mind into it. We only get one body, she should be a priority. Whats your body telling you?

Tracey however the competition goes, we are all so incredibly proud of you and hope you know that whatever placement, your inspiration to so many makes you a success all your own even if that was never a goal insight. BIG HUG and HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON....my 320 LB leg presses suddenly seem ALOT heavier. Have a great time with MOM and Mary

Tammy,
I am so glad that the 300 pound leg press is in the rear view... I need to get back and get to work to keep up with you:-) You are so strong and I stand firm with my original comment made at our first session... you know the one I am talking about. Listen and go with what your mind is telling your body to do! I will see you soon and thank you for your support... I feed off of your inspirational words!

Love,
Trace
