Dinner, conversation a good night's sleep and a light workout in the morning before setting out for Evansville in the morning…
Jet lag is hitting hard but I hope to be over it before Friday morning or I just might be a new case study on how crossing the international date line and jet lag effects the results of a polygraph test…:-)

You and the gang are just absolutely awesome (60 to Namsan, HotDamn!!) and the smile on my face is wide!! No fame here my friend, just a military wife trying to live life to the fullest... we all do it everyday in our own way!!
Keep on knocking out those workouts and I will be back beside you at Collier in a jiffy. First I have to go out and give it my all on Saturday. Love to you all...
